Delivery & Freight Terms

  1. Applicability

    These Delivery and Freight Terms apply to all orders made online through our website as well as to offline orders that are made after we have provided you with a Quotation offline.

  2. How Quickly will my Order be Delivered?

    1. If you are collecting your order from us at our (or our resellers’/manufacturers’/distributors’) warehouse or collection point, your order should be ready for you (or your courier) to collect by the date that is either the “Available to Ship” date where you have placed your order through our website, or the “Shipment Date” stated on your Quotation where you have placed your order offline. We will notify you by email, phone call or text of when your order is ready for you (or your courier) to collect.
    2. If you are having the order delivered to your delivery address, we shall arrange for our courier/shipping company to collect the order from our designated warehouse or collection point, on or shortly after the “Available to Ship”/”Shipment Date” in section 2a., and deliver to your delivery address. The date on which you should expect to receive the order is dependent on both the “Available to Ship”/”Shipment Date” in section 2a and the period it takes our courier to deliver the order. The expected period it takes our courier to deliver the order to your deliver address is set out in section 3d of this document. These times may vary depending on the type of courier/shipping service you select, the address to which you want your order delivered and the variables that affect deliveries, such as flight delays, traffic delays, weather conditions, holiday periods, customs delays etc.
    3. Where there is more than one item on your order then we will normally hold all the items on your order until the last item is ready, so that we have a complete order to deliver, or for you to collect. This will mean that your order will be ready at the latest date that is listed as the “Shipment Date” or the “Available to Ship” date for any of the items on your order. If you need some items on your order sooner than others, then you should split your order into separate orders for the items with different Shipment Dates or Available to Ship dates.
    4. Where the “Shipment Date” or “Available to Ship” date is stated as “Next Business Day” and where the order was successfully placed prior to 2pm AEST, your goods will be ready for collection, either by you (or your courier) or by our courier, at our (or our resellers’/manufacturers’/distributors’) warehouse or collection point no later than the end of the business day after you have successfully placed the order. If the order is placed after 2pm AEST, then the order may not be available for collection until the following business day.
    5. Our website is designed to prevent you purchasing any item that we know is not available to be purchased/shipped within the “Available to Ship” period. However, in rare cases there may be an item that the website allows you to order but is not available within that period or is not available at all. Where you order offline it may also be possible that an item that is on an order is not available. This unavailability may occur in unusual circumstances, such as where we are acting as a reseller of a third party’s goods or services and the third party is unable or unwilling to supply us with the goods or services that form part of your order (for example, because the third party has recently declared the goods as “end of life”, or you are on a list of persons to whom it is illegal to export the goods to). We reserve the right to cancel the order for such goods or services and any goods or services on the same order whose use depends on the cancelled goods or services, by giving you written notice of cancellation. In this case we will promptly provide you with a refund of any amounts paid for such goods or services and any goods or services on the same order whose use depends on the cancelled goods or services. To the extent permitted by law, this refund is our sole liability to you and your exclusive remedy for such cancellation. We will use our best efforts to notify you of any such cancellation within 5 business days of the date of the order.
    6. Where your goods are available with Electronic Software Delivery, we will send the goods electronically to the email address that you have provided as part of the check out process within 1 Business Day of you paying for your order. If you do not receive them, or you have difficulty opening or saving them, please contact us using the details set out in section 7 below. We are not responsible for transmissions of electronic goods through the internet.

  3. Couriers and Shipping

    1. Where you place an order with us offline, you must collect your order from us at our (or our resellers’/manufacturers’/distributors’) warehouse or collection point, unless the Quotation specifically states that delivery to your delivery address is included in your order and provides for a delivery charge.
    2. Where you place your order on our website then our website is equipped with real-time freight calculator, which allows you to add goods to your shopping cart and view the exact cost of your delivery using available courier/shipping services, based on the weight and volume of the goods(s) and your delivery address.
    3. Where we are delivering the order to your delivery address, we will ship your order to the delivery address you provide us via our standard courier/shipping service unless your order includes an Express or non-standard courier/shipping service, when we will use that Express or non-standard courier/shipping service.
    4. Typically our courier/shipping company will deliver to the delivery address within the timeframes set out in the table below (calculated from the date when the courier/shipping company collects the goods from our (or our resellers’/manufacturers’/distributors’) warehouse or collection point.

    6. Owing to the variables involved in deliveries, we do not guarantee any delivery times of any order. If a delivery time-frame is critical and/or urgent, you should check with us prior to placing your order (contacting us at the address set out at the bottom of this document) and we will use our best efforts to accommodate your request and confirm availability for specific goods or complete orders. If special delivery arrangements are made, additional charges may apply. We will agree these with you at the time.
    7. We do not ship to PO boxes or any address that is not a residential address or staffed place of business.
    8. Where your order includes a delivery option which states that we may leave your goods at the delivery address even if no one is available to physically take delivery of them, then the goods will be AT YOUR RISK from the time that the courier/shipping company leaves them at that address. We are not liable for any loss, damage or theft of those goods from the time that they are delivered for any reason whatsoever (including the courier/shipping company not leaving the goods in accordance with your instructions, if any).
    9. Where we are delivering the order to your delivery address, you (or a person with your authority to receive the goods) must be physically present and available to accept delivery on each expected delivery date between the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm (local time) (or other time agreed by us with you +/- 3 hours either side of that time) or you must give us authority to leave the goods at your address AT YOUR RISK.
    10. If the courier/shipping company is unable to deliver the goods due to there being no one present to accept delivery at the required time and you have not given us authority to leave the goods AT YOUR RISK, the courier/shipping company may either
      1. take the order to a local post office (or other designated collection point) which will be held for you to collect from that place for the period set out in the delivery note or any in accordance with any other instructions referred to on that delivery note or in our courier tracking service portal;
      2. take the order back to their warehouse and re-attempt delivery the next business day and leave a note at the delivery address to this effect;
      3. return the order to our warehouse and leave a note at the delivery address to this effect.
    11. If the courier/shipping company is unable to deliver the goods for any reason other than described in section 3. i, including that you have supplied an inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable address and you have not given us authority to leave the goods AT YOUR RISK, we will contact you to arrange alterative shipment arrangements. Additional charges may apply in this case.
    12. Due to unforeseen circumstances including weather conditions, Acts of God, flight delays, traffic delays, weather conditions, holiday periods, customs delays etc, delivery times may be extended. Some rural areas may be particularly affected, and extensive delays may result.
    13. For shipments outside Australia, local customs duties and additional clearance charges or restrictions may be imposed at the exporting and/or importing port. These are your responsibility and you must pay for charges, taxes, duties, levies, fines, penalties or other amounts, directly to the relevant person/authority. We are not responsible for any act or omission of any customs, other government official or third party involved in the import/export of any goods in your order, nor for any restriction, limitation or other requirement, nor for any charges, taxes, duties, levies, fines, penalties or other amounts, that may be imposed.

  4. Collection

  5. Where you are collecting your order from our (or our resellers’/manufacturers/distributors’) warehouse or collection point:
    1. we will send you a separate communication (email, phone call or text) telling you the date that your goods are ready for collection, the address of the collection point and the times that the collection point is open; and
    2. you must collect your order from our designated collection point either in person (In Person Pick Up) or by your courier (Courier In Store Pick Up), during 9.00am to 5.30pm on business days, within 5 business days of the date that we have told you that your goods are ready for collection. If you do not collect your goods within this period, we may charge you holding costs at our then current rates.
    Collected orders incur no shipment charges.

  6. Drop Shipment

    1. You may elect to have us deliver the order direct to your customer or a third party (drop-ship). Note that where you are ordering online you must select this option on checkout to ensure that we do not include the invoice with the goods on shipment. If the drop-ship option is not selected, we will always include the invoice with the shipment. You are responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available to receive your order at the specified address during the hours of 9.00 am and 5.30 pm (local time) (or other time agreed by us with you +/- 3 hours either side of that time) and is contactable on the specified contact phone number.
    2. If the courier/shipping company is unable to deliver the goods due to there being no one present to accept delivery at the required time and you have not given us authority to leave the goods AT YOUR RISK, the courier/shipping company may either
      1. take the order to a local post office (or other designated collection point) which will be held for you to collect from that place for the period set out in the delivery note or any in accordance with any other instructions referred to on that delivery note or in our courier tracking service portal;
      2. take the order back to their warehouse and re-attempt delivery the next business day and leave a note at the delivery address to this effect
      3. Return the order to our warehouse and leave a note at the delivery address to this effect

If the courier/shipping company is unable to deliver the goods for any reason other than described in section 5. b., including that you have supplied an inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable address and you have not given us authority to leave the goods AT YOUR RISK, we will contact you to arrange alterative shipment arrangements. Additional charges may apply in this case.

  7. Inspection

    1. You should inspect the goods as soon as you receive them to confirm that they comply with your order. You should report any defects or other issues to us using the contact details below within 7 days of delivery.
    2. If you arrange for a drop shipment of the goods to your customer, you must ensure that your customer reports any defects in the goods or other issues to us using the contact details below within 7 days of delivery.
    3. If the goods are obviously damaged at the time they are delivered to you, you should not accept delivery, and you should immediately contact us using the contact details below.
